Camping for the Royal Welsh Show
at Penmaenau Caravan Site

Penmaenau Caravan Park provides caravan and tent camping for the Royal Welsh Agricultural Showground in Builth Wells. We have numerous years of experience in providing high quality facilities which include, visitor and traders car parking, dedicated tent and caravan sites and separate provision for families. Our 'Young Persons' camping area is very popular with visitors who like to socialise later into the evenings.

*Well behaved dogs are permitted subject to requesting  permission in writing prior to arrival dogs must be kept  on leads and walked only in the designated area.  You are responsible for your dog to include cleaning dog mess up at all times.
**The Penmaenau Club House Entertainments are always very popluar but we do have to restrict entrance to those staying on the Penmaenau Caravan and Camping Site.

Cars
In the interests of security no vehicles are allowed in or out of the site between the hours of 11.00pm and 8 am.
Additional cars are allowed (fee payable)

How Far From the Royal Welsh Showground?
The site is seventy five yards away form the Royal Welsh Showground and has the added bonus of of having no main roads to cross to the showground, in fact no road at all!

Nearby Amenities
The site is also within easy walking distance of Builth Wells town centre. Attractions on offer there include: Wyside Arts Centre and Cinema and a leisure centre with swimming, squash etc. We are surrounded by unspoilt countryside ideal for leisure and sporting activities such as, walking, trekking, mountain biking, canoeing or fishing on the River Wye or golfing on the beautifully maintained local golf course.

Penmaenau Events Ltd is keen to provide safe facilities for all to enjoy in a good clean and safe environment. It is in the interests of everyone that we all pay strict attention to Health and Safety issues and, of course, it is a legal requirement for any site operator. We ensure the is a qualified first aider permanently on site and ask visitors to be mindful of everyone's safety.
