1. Please note individual bracelets must be collected on arrival and there after must be worn at all times. There will be no re-admittance to site without a bracelet. This year there will be a different colour bracelet issued for the Family area to that of the Young Persons area. This has been introduced to ensure that individuals return at night to the area that they are actually booked in to.
2. We do not allow teenagers under the age of 18 years to stay on this site without parental supervision. Failure to provide proof of age on request could result in no admittance.
3. Proof of age will be required to purchase alcohol on site. It is an offence to purchase alcohol for anyone under 18 years of age. Failure to provide proof of age on request will result in you not been served alcohol.
4. A booking in form will not be acceptable to gain access outside office hours. No vehicle will be admitted to site after the Office is closed without the correct PASS being displayed on windscreen and relevant bracelets being worn.
5. No vehicle will be admitted on site before 8am in the morning without the correct PASS being displayed on windscreen and relevant bracelets being worn. A booking in form will not be acceptable to gain access outside office hours.
6. The office will open at 8 am and close at 9pm on Saturday and Sunday prior to show. During show week the Office will open at 8am and close at 8pm. In the event of an emergency, outside these hours, contact security personnel situated at entrances to the site or staff present in the shed where the Bar is situated.
7. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ADHERE TO THE RECOMMENDED BERTH CAPACITY OF YOUR CARAVAN OR TENT.

Individual bracelets will be issued accordingly!!!!!!! Sleeping in awnings is a breach of the Regulations stipulated in the licence granted to us to operate as a caravan/tent site.

8. The correct pass must be displayed at all times on your vehicle's windscreen.
9. Drunk and disorderly behavior will not be tolerated; neither will obtrusive noise, to include generators, after 10.30pm. People who do not adhere to these rules maybe evicted from the site.
10. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE A WORKING FIRE EXTINGUISHER IN YOUR CARAVAN OR TENT.
11. THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASK ANYONE TO LEAVE AT ANY TIME.  
12. Refunds can only be granted at the discretion of the management.
13. NO OVERNIGHT SLEEPING IN CARS! An additional car means you will be joining someone to share his or her caravan/tent. Maximum of 2 cars in total per pitch per night allowed and must be booked in prior to show.
14. Cars must remain by relevant caravan or tent during day or night accept for access, regress. They must not be parked in unallocated spaces, as they become a fire hazard and also may obstruct emergency vehicles.
15. THERE WILL BE NO VEHICULAR ACCESS OR EGRESS FROM SITE BETWEEN 11.30 PM AND 7 AM EXCEPT IN AN EMERGENCY
