Our premises can be hired for all sorts of events and occasions, such as parties, barn dances, concerts, car boot sales, motorcycle club weekends, cycling, caravan club, game fairs and boxing events. We have the venue if you have the event! We believe our prices to be highly competitive, and we have available on site large venue bars, toilets, showers and camping accommodation.
Our mobile bars are specifically designed for catering for your outdoor event. It can be set up within one hour, ready to serve chilled pints on a hot summer's day, our experienced and friendly staff are ready to serve you and your guests with liquid refreshments.
Mobile shower and toilet block hire is available - we have over twenty units, including disabled toilets. They are available to hire for events such as shows, parties, weddings, almost any occasion! Mobile bars can be towed to most venues, and set up within minutes. An ideal solution for your barn dance, country show or fete!
Owned by the Jones family, Penmaenau has been in operation as a caravan and camp site for over thirty years. Run by Ann and her two sons, Gareth and Gwyn, the site has expanded dramatically during the last five years.
Situated on the outskirts of Builth Wells on the A470, surrounding the Royal Welsh Show Ground and within a stone's throw of the river Wye, it makes Penmaenau an ideal location for any event.
Penmaenau is situated in the Heart of Wales and enjoys beautiful scenery whilst also being within easy reach of local amenities in Builth Wells, which is approximately one mile away.
Whilst staying at Penmaenau, you would be ideally situated to see Red Kites and many more bird species; take scenic walks, go fishing play golf, go mountain biking, or just enjoy the countryside!
